ICON-EU forecast wind at EFM, the predicted tide and its direction, and the current
sea state. Chance of shut comes from how the model has actually performed when it
predicted similar heights.
Shut windows include a 3-hour standing time after the sea drops back below
2 m — it stays shut while you work the reopening. Those hours are hatched.
